We’re Ludek and Nicole, the husband-and-wife team behind Evergreen Home Buyers.
We are home owners and property investors based in the beautiful state of Washington! We love utilizing our nearly decade of experience in real estate to help home sellers have a better home selling experience.
Our goal is to help our neighbors feel confident and cared for when it’s time to sell. We believe in being transparent, easing stress, and making the process as simple and positive as possible.
When we’re not working, you’ll usually find us outdoors exploring the PNW, spending time with family, playing pickleball WITH our families, or cheering on the Mariners (go M’s!).
